This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2040) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human KIAA1199, targeting the amino acid region 741–840 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with KIAA1199 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, zebrafish, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables several functions, including clathrin heavy chain binding activity; hyaluronic acid binding activity; and hyalurononglucosaminidase activity. Involved in several processes, including hyaluronan catabolic process; positive regulation of protein phosphorylation; and positive regulation of protein targeting to membrane. Located in several cellular components, including clathrin-coated endocytic vesicle; endoplasmic reticulum; and nucleus.
CABT-BL2040 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL2040 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
