This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4945) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ISCA2, targeting the amino acid region 61–154 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ISCA2 from mouse, rat, dog, cow, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is an A-type iron-sulfur cluster (ISC) protein found in mitochondria. The encoded protein appears to be involved in the maturation of mitochondrial iron-sulfur proteins. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
CABT-BL4945 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) application.
