This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL1911) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human IKZF5, targeting the amino acid region 140–376 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Members of the Ikaros (ZNFN1A1; MIM 603023) family of transcription factors, which includes Pegasus, are expressed in lymphocytes and are implicated in the control of lymphoid development. CABT-BL1911 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate) applications. CABT-BL1911 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
