1. HRP-Conjugated Anti-CA19-9 Antibody: Horseradish peroxidase-conjugated mouse monoclonal antibody,Bovine source proteins in PBS buffer, Proclin 300 (0.05%), 0.01 ml, 1 tube, 2 weeks after preparation
2. 1× Conjugate Solution: Horseradish peroxidase- conjugated mouse monoclonal antibody,Bovine source proteins in PBS buffer, Proclin 300 (0.05%), N/A, 4 hours after preparation.
3. Sample Diluent CA1: Bovine source proteins in PBS buffer, Proclin 300 (0.05%), 12 ml, 1 bottles, 1 month after opening.
4. Assay Diluent MF1: Bovine source proteins and heterophilic blocking reagent in PBS buffer, Proclin 300 (0.05%), 12 ml, 1 bottles, 1 month after opening.
5. CA19-9 Standard (Lyophilized): Lyophilized cel lysate, protein stabilizer in phosphate buffer, Proclin 300 (0.05%), 280 U, 1 tube, 1 week after reconstitution.
6. 20× Wash Buffer: Tween-20, PBS buffer, 50 ml, 1 bottle, 1 month after opening.
7. 1× Wash Buffer: Tween-20, PBS buffer, N/A, 1 week after preparation.
8. TMB Solution: 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB), 10 ml, 1 bottle, 1 month after opening.
9. Stop Solution: 1N Sulfuric acid, 10 ml, 1 bottle, 6 months after opening.
*1 Unused strips should be resealed securely, in the aluminum foil zip-lock bag containing a desiccant and stored at 2-8 °C.
