This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL1750) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human HAPLN4. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with HAPLN4 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Predicted to be a structural constituent of synapse-associated extracellular matrix. Predicted to be involved in GABAergic synaptic transmission; nervous system development; and skeletal system development. Predicted to be located in extracellular region. Predicted to be active in extracellular space; perineuronal net; and synapse. CABT-BL1750 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. CABT-BL1750 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
