General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4760) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GPANK1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene is located in a cluster of HLA-B-associated transcripts, which is included in the human major histocompatability complex III region. This gene encodes a protein which is thought to play a role in immunity. Multiple alternatively spliced variants, encoding the same protein, have been identified. CABT-BL4760 is suitable for use in IHC (1: 25-100) application. CABT-BL4760 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
