Predicted to act upstream of or within epithelial cell proliferation involved in renal tubule morphogenesis; phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B signal transduction; and response to wounding. CABT-BL1621 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500) applications. CABT-BL1621 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C.
