This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL1530) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FMNL2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with FMNL2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a formin-related protein. Formin-related proteins have been implicated in morphogenesis, cytokinesis, and cell polarity. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described but their full-length nature has yet to be determined. CABT-BL1530 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:300) application. CABT-BL1530 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
