General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4626) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human FAM200A, targeting the amino acid region 501–573 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with FAM200A from dog, cow, and horse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. FAM200A (Family With Sequence Similarity 200 Member A) is a protein-coding gene located on human chromosome 7 (7p14.3) that encodes a protein with poorly understood, largely unknown functions. It is characterized by weak similarity to transposase-like proteins and may be involved in nucleic acid binding. CABT-BL4626 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. CABT-BL4626 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
