This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL1432) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human FAM135B, targeting the amino acid region 1051–1250 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with FAM135B from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. FAM135B (Family With Sequence Similarity 135 Member B) is a protein-coding gene primarily recognized for its role as an oncogene in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). It promotes cancer cell proliferation, migration, and invasion by regulating EMT and protecting against genotoxic stress. High expression levels are associated with cancer progression and poor clinical outcomes. CABT-BL1432 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. CABT-BL1432 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
