This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL1416) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human FAM105A, targeting the amino acid region 51–150 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with FAM105A from mouse, rat, dog, cow, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. FAM105A, also known as OTULINL (OTU deubiquitinase-like), is a pseudodeubiquitinase belonging to the ovarian tumor protease (OTU) family. It features a similar structure to the active deubiquitinase OTULIN but lacks necessary catalytic triad residues, rendering it incapable of cleaving ubiquitin, suggesting it functions through protein-protein interactions at the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) membrane.
CABT-BL1416 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL1416 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
