This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4583) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human EPB41L2. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Predicted to enable PH domain binding activity; cytoskeletal protein binding activity; and structural molecule activity. Involved in positive regulation of protein localization to cell cortex. Located in several cellular components, including cell cortex; cell junction; and nucleus. CABT-BL4583 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application. CABT-BL4583 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
