General Notes

This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4536) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human DOLPP1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with DOLPP1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Required for efficient N-glycosylation. Necessary for maintaining optimal levels of dolichol-linked oligosaccharides. Hydrolyzes dolichyl pyrophosphate at a very high rate and dolichyl monophosphate at a much lower rate. Does not act on phosphatidate (By similarity).
CABT-BL4536 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000), IHC 1 (50-1:200), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) applications.
CABT-BL4536 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
