This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL1281) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human DIEXF, targeting the amino acid region 601–700 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with DIEXF from mouse, rat, dog, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables RNA binding activity. Involved in several processes, including protein catabolic process; protein destabilization; and protein localization to nucleolus. Located in nucleolus.
CABT-BL1281 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL1281 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
