This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL1277) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human DHX57, targeting the amino acid region 163–500 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human DHX57 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. DEAH (Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp/His) box polypeptide 57 (DHX57), also named as DDX57, is a member of the DEAH subfamily within the Dead box protein family which is involved in modifications of RNA secondary structure such as translation initiation, nuclear and mitochondrial splicing, and ribosome and spliceosome assembly.
CABT-BL1277 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications.
CABT-BL1277 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
