This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL1273) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human DHX32, targeting the amino acid region 392–743 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human DHX32 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. DHX32, a new member of the DEAH subfamily of DEAD box proteins, is a novel putative RNA helicase with an activation-dependent paten of expression and characterized by a conserved helicase domain consisting of 7 to 8 conserved motifs. RNA helicases of the DEAD box family are highly conserved enzymes that are required for RNA metabolism from transcription to degradation and are therefore important players in gene expression. DHX32 may play an important role in the development of colorectal cancer.
CABT-BL1273 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application.
