General Notes

This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL1261) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human DGKZ, targeting the amino acid region 851–928 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with DGKZ from rat, mouse, pig, cow, and guineapig. It has been affinity purified by protein A. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the eukaryotic diacylglycerol kinase family. It may attenuate protein kinase C activity by regulating diacylglycerol levels in intracellular signaling cascade and signal transduction. Alternative splicing occurs at this locus and multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified.
CABT-BL1261 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
