General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL1228) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human DDX60L. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. DDX60L (DEAD-Box Helicase 60 Like) is a human protein-coding gene that encodes a member of the DEAD-box RNA helicase–related protein family, which are typically involved in RNA metabolism and regulation. Although DDX60L shares sequence similarity with RNA helicases, it is considered a DDX60-like protein and is less well characterized compared to canonical helicases. DDX60L is thought to play a role in innate immune responses, particularly in antiviral defense pathways. Proteins in this functional group are often associated with the recognition of viral RNA and the activation or modulation of signaling pathways such as those mediated by RIG-I–like receptors, contributing to the induction of type I interferon responses. DDX60L is expressed in various tissues and may be upregulated in response to interferon stimulation or viral infection, suggesting a role in host defense. However, the precise molecular mechanisms, interaction partners, and biological functions of DDX60L remain incompletely understood and are still under investigation.
CABT-BL1228 is suitable for use in ELISA 1 (20000-1:40000) application.
CABT-BL1228 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
