It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables aspartic-type endopeptidase activity; identical protein binding activity; and ubiquitin binding activity. Involved in several processes, including cellular response to hydroxyurea; proteolysis; and regulation of DNA stability. Located in cytosol and nucleoplasm. CABT-BL4486 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:300) applications. CABT-BL4486 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
