Intended Use

Cyproheptadine ELISA Kit is intended for the quantitative determination of Cyproheptadine in seafood, tissue, urine.

Contents of Kit

1. Microtiter well plate: 8 microtiter wells/strip, 12 strips/plate.
2. CPH standards (6 bottle): 0 ppb, 0.05 ppb, 0.1 ppb, 0.2 ppb, 0.4 ppb, 0.8 ppb, 1 mL/bottle.
3. 10X Extraction/Washing solution: 1 bt/kit, 50 mL/bt
4. 100x CPH conjugate: 1 bottle, 150 μL/bottle.
5. Substrate solution (TMB): 1 bottle, 12 mL/bottle.
6. Stop solution: 1 bottle, 13 mL/bottle.

Detection Limit

The detection limit of the CD Cyproheptadine kit is 0.5ppb that means the OD value of this concentration is significantly different from the negative standard. (B/B0<90%)
