Intended Use

Cylindrospermopsin ELISA Kit is a competitive ELISA for the quantitative analysis of Cylindrospermopsin in water.

Contents of Kit

1. 1 plate containing 12 test strips of 8 wells each vacuumpacked in aluminized pouch with indicating dessicant.
2. 5 vials each containing 2 mL of Cylindrospermopsin calibrators corresponding to 0, 0.05, 0.3, ,0.75, 2.0 ppb of Cylindrospermopsin.
3. 1 vial containing 2 mL of 0.25 ppb Cylindrospermopsin Positive Control.
4. 1 vial containing 7 mL Cylindrospermopsin HRP Enzyme Conjugate.
5. 1 vial containing 7 mL of Polyclonal anti-Cylindrospermopsin antibody.
6. 1 vial containing 14 mL of Substrate.
7. 1 vial containing 14 mL of Stop Solution. (Caution! 1N HCl. Handle with care.)

The kit in its original packaging can be used until the end of the month indicated on the box label when stored at 2 - 8°C.
