General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4454) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human CWC22, targeting the amino acid region 101–200 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CWC22 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables RNA binding activity. Involved in mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Located in cytosol and nuclear speck. Part of U2-type catalytic step 1 spliceosome; U2-type catalytic step 2 spliceosome; and U2-type precatalytic spliceosome.
CABT-BL4454 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL4454 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
