This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4420) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human CPEB3, targeting the amino acid region 251–350 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CPEB3 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables mRNA 3'-UTR binding activity and translation factor activity, RNA binding. Involved in cellular response to amino acid stimulus and regulation of gene expression. Located in several cellular components, including cytosol; midbody; and nucleoplasm. Part of CCR4-NOT complex.
CABT-BL4420 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL4420 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
