This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4412) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human COMMD8, targeting the amino acid region 101–183 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with COMMD8 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. COMMD8 (COMM Domain Containing 8) is a protein-coding gene and scaffold protein essential for the endosomal recycling of transmembrane cargos as part of the commander complex (specifically the CCC/retriever complex). It plays a critical role in modulating NF-kappa-B signaling and B-cell migration, with implications in cancer progression and immune response modulation.
CABT-BL4412 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
CABT-BL4412 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
