This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL1064) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CHP1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CHP1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a phosphoprotein that binds to the Na+/H+ exchanger NHE1. This protein serves as an essential cofactor which supports the physiological activity of NHE family members and may play a role in the mitogenic regulation of NHE1. The protein shares similarity with calcineurin B and calmodulin and it is also known to be an endogenous inhibitor of calcineurin activity. CABT-BL1064 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:40–1:200) applications. CABT-BL1064 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
