General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL1046) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human CEP19, targeting the amino acid region 51–150 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CEP19 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables phosphatase binding activity. Involved in centrosome-templated microtubule nucleation; mitotic spindle assembly; and protein localization to centrosome. Located in centriole; centrosome; and procentriole. Part of procentriole replication complex. CABT-BL1046 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications. CABT-BL1046 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
