This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL873) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human CCDC80, targeting the amino acid region 201–300 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CCDC80 from mouse, rat, chicken, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Predicted to enable fibronectin binding activity and heparin binding activity. Predicted to be involved in extracellular matrix organization and positive regulation of cell-substrate adhesion. Predicted to act upstream of or within response to bacterium. Predicted to be located in extracellular region; interstitial matrix; and membrane. Predicted to be active in basement membrane.
CABT-BL873 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL873 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
