This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL860) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human CCDC25, targeting the amino acid region 71–170 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CCDC25 from mouse, rat, pig, cow, horse, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Coiled-coil domain containing 25 (CCDC25) is a 25 kDa transmembrane protein, encoded on chromosome 8p21.1, that acts as a membrane-bound receptor for neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs). It is widely expressed in mammalian cells and plays a critical role in promoting cancer metastasis by detecting NET-DNA and activating the ILK-PARVB signaling pathway to facilitate cell migration.
CABT-BL860 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL860 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
