General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4313) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human CCDC146, targeting the amino acid region 741–840 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Involved in spermatid development. Located in several cellular components, including microtubule organizing center; midbody; and sperm flagellum. Implicated in spermatogenic failure 94. CABT-BL4313 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications. CABT-BL4313 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
