This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL852) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human CBLN2, targeting the amino acid region 151–224 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CBLN2 from rat, mouse, dog, pig, cow, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Predicted to be involved in maintenance of synapse structure and spontaneous synaptic transmission. Predicted to act upstream of or within positive regulation of synapse assembly. Predicted to be located in synaptic cleft. Predicted to be part of trans-synaptic protein complex. Predicted to be active in glutamatergic synapse.
CABT-BL852 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL852 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
