This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL793) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human C7ORF64, targeting the amino acid region 1–100 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with C7ORF64 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. C7orf64 (Chromosome 7 Open Reading Frame 64), also known as RNA-binding protein 48 (RBM48), is a human gene that encodes a protein with unknown function. It has been identified as an RNA-binding protein and interacts with other proteins such as CCDC115.
CABT-BL793 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
CABT-BL793 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
