This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL766) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human C6ORF201, targeting the amino acid region 1–100 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with C6ORF201 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. C6orf201 (Chromosome 6 open reading frame 201) is a human gene encoding a nuclear protein. It has been identified as a potential genetic marker for susceptibility to Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) and shows significant changes in methylation and expression in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC).
CABT-BL766 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
