General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4276) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human C3orf39, targeting the amino acid region 235–580 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human C3orf39 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. C3orf39 (chromosome 3 open reading frame 39) is a protein-coding gene in the human genome that remains incompletely characterized. It encodes a small protein with no well-defined conserved domains, and its precise molecular function has not been fully established. Based on limited expression and bioinformatic data, C3orf39 is thought to be expressed across multiple tissues and may participate in basic cellular processes such as protein interactions or intracellular regulation. However, there is currently little direct experimental evidence linking C3orf39 to specific biological pathways or diseases, and further functional studies are required to elucidate its role. CABT-BL4276 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate) applications. CABT-BL4276 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
