General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL711) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human C2CD2. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. C2CD2 (C2 Calcium Dependent Domain Containing 2) encodes a protein predicted to contain a calcium-binding C2 domain, suggesting potential involvement in calcium-dependent membrane signaling or vesicular transport. Proteins containing C2 domains often regulate exocytosis, membrane repair, or signal transduction. Although functional validation is still limited, structural predictions support a role in intracellular signaling cascades.
CABT-BL711 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:30–1:150) applications.
CABT-BL711 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
