This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL693) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human C20ORF30, targeting the amino acid region 51–120 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with C20ORF30 from rat, mouse, chicken, pig, cow, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a multi-pass transmembrane protein that belongs to the TMEM134/TMEM230 protein family. The encoded protein localizes to secretory and recycling vesicle in the neuron and may be involved in synaptic vesicles trafficking and recycling. Mutations in this gene may be linked to familial Parkinson's disease.
