General Notes
The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human C1QC polyclonal antibody (product code DPAB1834) was generated against E. coli-derived recombinant human C1QC corresponding to Lys115-Asp245. C1QC is the C-chain subunit of complement C1q and contributes to recognition of immune complexes and initiation of the classical complement pathway.
The antibody is suitable for ELISA, immunohistochemistry, and western blotting. Recommended dilutions are 1:4,000-1:8,000 for ELISA, 1:50-1:100 for IHC, and 1:1,000-1:4,000 for WB.
DPAB1834 is a rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody purified by antigen affinity chromatography and supplied as 100 μg in liquid PBS containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% ProClin 300. Store at 2-8°C for frequent use or at -20 to -80°C for up to 12 months; use a manual-defrost freezer, avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, and ship on wet ice.
