General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL655) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human C1ORF190, targeting the amino acid region 51–150 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with C1ORF190 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Involved in positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction and positive regulation of cytokine production. Located in cytosol and intracellular membrane-bounded organelle. CABT-BL655 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications. CABT-BL655 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
