General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL617) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human C19ORF28, targeting the amino acid region 351–450 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables cysteine transmembrane transporter activity. Involved in cysteine transmembrane transport; pigment metabolic process involved in pigmentation; and regulation of melanin biosynthetic process. Located in lysosome and melanosome. Part of late endosome. CABT-BL617 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications. CABT-BL617 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
