It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Predicted to be involved in negative regulation of microtubule depolymerization. Predicted to act upstream of or within negative regulation of cell motility involved in cerebral cortex radial glia guided migration. Predicted to be active in microtubule cytoskeleton. CABT-BL4253 is suitable for use in IHC (1:30–1:150) application. CABT-BL4253 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
