General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL550) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human C14orf37. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with C14orf37 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. C14orf37 (Chromosome 14 Open Reading Frame 37) is a protein-coding gene located on human chromosome 14 that remains relatively poorly characterized. It is predicted to encode a conserved protein with limited functional annotation, and its biological role has not yet been clearly defined. Available data suggest that C14orf37 may be expressed at low to moderate levels across multiple tissues, but no specific molecular pathway or disease association has been firmly established. Like many "orf" (open reading frame) genes, it represents a candidate for future functional studies to elucidate its potential involvement in cellular processes and human physiology. CABT-BL550 is suitable for use in ELISA 1 (20000-1:40000) application. CABT-BL550 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
