General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL541) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human C13orf30, targeting the amino acid region 1–139 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human C13orf30 from canine. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. C13orf30 (chromosome 13 open reading frame 30), also known as FAM124A, is a protein-coding gene located on human chromosome 13 that remains relatively poorly characterized. The encoded protein lacks well-defined functional domains, and its precise biological role has not yet been clearly established. Available expression data suggest that C13orf30 is present in multiple tissues, with potential involvement in basic cellular processes such as protein interactions or regulation of gene expression. At present, there is limited evidence linking C13orf30 to specific physiological pathways or diseases, and further studies are needed to clarify its molecular function and biological significance.
CABT-BL541 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL541 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
