This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL478) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human BUD13, targeting the amino acid region 260–619 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human BUD13 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. BUD13 homolog (BUD13) is a component of the retention and splicing (RES) complex, previously identified in yeast as a splicing factor affecting nuclear pre-mRNA retention. As an RNA binding protein (RBP), BUD13 expression is associated with poor prognosis and may be involved in the development and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 37605593). CABT-BL478 is suitable for use in IHC (1:200–1:800), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications. CABT-BL478 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
