This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4222) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human BOP1, targeting the amino acid region 201–300 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with BOP1 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables RNA binding activity. Involved in regulation of cell cycle; regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator; and ribosomal large subunit biogenesis. Located in chromosome; nucleolus; and nucleoplasm. Part of PeBoW complex.
CABT-BL4222 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL4222 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
