General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4206) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human BATF2, targeting the amino acid region 1–100 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with BATF2 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription factor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. Predicted to be involved in defense response to protozoan; myeloid dendritic cell differentiation; and regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Part of RNA polymerase II transcription regulator complex.
CABT-BL4206 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL4206 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
