This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08947) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZMAT2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZMAT2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZMAT2 (Zinc Finger Matrin-Type 2) is a highly conserved, previously understudied protein-coding gene that acts as a key regulator of pre-mRNA splicing, specifically as a human ortholog to the yeast spliceosome component Snu23. It is involved in maintaining epidermal cell stemness and, when knocked down, influences the splicing of differentiation-related transcripts.
DPABH-08947 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:30–1:150) applications.
DPABH-08947 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
