General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-24890) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZXDA, targeting the amino acid region 639–799 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZXDA (Zinc Finger X-Linked Duplicated A) is a member of the ZXDA/ZXDB zinc finger protein family and functions as a nuclear transcriptional regulator. It contains C2H2-type zinc finger domains that enable DNA binding and interaction with chromatin-associated proteins. ZXDA has been implicated in the regulation of gene expression through modulation of chromatin structure and transcriptional activity, and it may cooperate with its paralog ZXDB in controlling specific gene networks. Notably, ZXDA has been linked to the regulation of major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I gene expression, suggesting a role in immune-related transcriptional control. It is broadly expressed across tissues, consistent with a role in fundamental cellular processes. Although its detailed molecular mechanisms and target genes are still being elucidated, ZXDA is considered an important chromatin-associated transcriptional regulator with potential relevance to immune function and disease. DPABH-24890 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) application. DPABH-24890 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
