General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08457) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZSWIM2, targeting the amino acid region 321–633 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Zinc finger SWIM domain-containing protein 2 (ZSWIM2) is also named as ZZZ2. ZSWIM2 contained the ZSWIM type domain and other types of zinc-finger domains, including the PHD-type zinc finger, ubiquitin-binding zinc finger, ZZ-type zinc finger, and Ring-type zinc finger. These findings suggest that the ZSWIM2 protein may be involved in a variety of critical biological processes, such as transcriptional regulation, signal transduction, and ubiquitin-mediated protein degradation. The expression of ZSWIM2 is testis-specific (PMID: 37161653). The calculated molecular weight of ZSWIM2 is 72 kDa.
DPABH-08457 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000) application.
DPABH-08457 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
