This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12811) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZSCAN5A, targeting the amino acid region 350–496 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Zinc finger and SCAN domain-containing protein 5A (ZSCAN5A), also known as ZNF495 or ZSCAN5, belongs to the ZSCAN family of transcription factors. ZSCAN transcription factors contain two major domains, the zinc finger domain and the SCAN box. ZSCAN5A has two isoforms and is predicted to be located in the nucleus, it is also predicted to be involved in the regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II and may be involved in angiogenesis, cell apoptosis, differentiation, migration and invasion, proliferation (PMID: 31218096).
DPABH-12811 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-12811 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
