General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08424) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ZSCAN22. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription factor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. Predicted to be involved in regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to be located in nucleus. DPABH-08424 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000), IHC (1:50–1:100) applications. DPABH-08424 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
