General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12862) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNHIT2, targeting the amino acid region 51–150 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZNHIT2 from mouse, rat, and pig. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNHIT2 (Zinc finger HIT domain-containing protein 2) is a critical protein functioning as a molecular bridge, mediating the interaction between the R2TP/PFDL cochaperone complex and the U5 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein (U5 snRNP). It is essential for U5 snRNP biogenesis and early embryonic development, with its loss causing global splicing defects and lethality. DPABH-12862 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-12862 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
